Snapchat has decided to make it really easy for anyone on Android or iOS to share YouTube videos with their friend.
Until now, sharing videos required copy and pasting a link, but now you’ll be able to select a video in the YouTube app, then tap Share and the Snap icon to automatically open the Snapchat Camera. After that, create an original post with the automated YouTube sticker and recipients can click the sticker to view the video in their YouTube app or mobile browser.
This marks the first time YouTube links can be shared visually to Snapchat Stories and one-on-one Snaps, while still allowing mobile users access to the in-app camera and creative tools to add a personal spin on whatever clip they’re sending.
Snapchat previously teamed up with Zoom to spice up video chats with fun filters for your face and background. Using Snap Camera and Zoom simultaneously, you can change your appearance and add silly surroundings for all to see.
