Roborock continues solidifying its position in the robotic vacuum market with the release of the Qrevo Master.
Known for its innovative designs and reliable performance, the brand’s latest offering is a premium cleaner with plenty of automated functionality for simplifying floor upkeep.
Design
Available in matte black or white finishes, the Qrevo Master includes a multifunctional dock, a power cable, a disposable dust bag, and a pair of rotating mop pads. The setup process is straightforward, with a detailed guide that makes connecting the vacuum to your home network via the Roborock app quick and easy.

Under the hood, Qrevo Master is equipped with impressive specs, including 10,000 Pa of suction, dual all-rubber counter-rotating rollers, and a flexi arm side brush to capture hair, dust, and debris across various surfaces. Additionally, the dual spinning mops apply consistent pressure to floors to help lift stains and provide a deeper clean. The vacuum can also lift its brush and mops to prevent dirt from spreading to clean areas.
In addition to charging the robot, the system’s multifunctional dock supports a variety of functions, including hot water mop washing, warm air drying, and dustbin emptying, automating much of the required maintenance. A 4-liter clean water tank and 3.5-liter dirty water tank sit on top of the dock and a 2.7-liter dustbag is housed in its belly behind a removable panel. The dock’s design is somewhat bulky, but it adds considerable convenience.

The robot utilizes LiDAR and AI obstacle recognition with an RGB camera for mapping and efficient navigation. These technologies help the vacuum avoid obstacles and cover every corner of the home thoroughly.
The app integration offers real-time tracking of the robot’s movements and allows you to customize cleaning routines, set virtual no-go zones, and control the device remotely.
The inclusion of Roborock’s built-in intelligent voice assistant Rocky streamlines operations even further, enabling voice commands for hands-free control of tasks like cleaning specific rooms, skipping areas, and starting or stopping cleaning sessions.
Performance
Once the Qrevo Master is set up, its first order business is to quick-map your home. It took 18 minutes for it to map out my 1100-square-foot space, and it returned an accurate floor plan with the rooms already divided. The map is editable so that you can make corrections to the layout and add room names, furniture, cleaning areas, and virtual boundaries.
The robot also produces a smart cleaning plan based on its evaluation of your home. Using AI, it automatically sets the optimum suction power, water flow, cleaning route, and number of passes.
I used the Qrevo Master on my hard floors and area rugs. The vacuum’s compact dimensions make it adept at navigating under furniture and through tight spaces, while its flex arm extends into challenging areas such as corners, cabinet toe kicks, and along baseboards.

On my hard floors, the Qrevo Master efficiently removed dust, dirt, and pet hair, even along the edges. It also successfully picked up most of the half-cup of rice I scattered, except for a few grains the spinning edge swept out of its path. On carpets, the vacuum performed even better, removing all the rice along with other household debris.

The mopping performance is an improvement over other Roborock vacuums I’ve used. The dual mops use a combination of hot water, consistent pressure, and high-speed rotation to scrub away stains and spills. It was effective at removing both wet spills and embedded grime. It passed our jelly test, removing a tablespoon of the sticky stuff I spread on the floor and let dry.
The Qrevo Master’s ability to lift its mops and brushes to prevent the spread of dirt and moisture was particularly useful when cleaning the rooms where I have area rugs. These were left consistently left dry after the robot made multiple passes over them.
When the robot returns to the dock and after completing a cleaning job, it washes and dries its mop pads. Other than some low-level gurgling and a light hum, the operation is barely audible if you’re not in the same room. The emptying of the dustbin is the loudest part of the self-cleaning process, but it’s still comparatively quiet compared to some other robot vacuums.
Most interactions with the Qrevo Master are done through the Roborock app, which lets you manage maps and customize cleaning parameters.

Despite the Qrevo Master’s strengths, a couple of recurring issues revealed themselves during my week of testing. The robot’s obstacle avoidance is generally good, but the robot easily traps exposed cables in its counter-rotating rollers. I also had to routinely untangle hair strands from its flex-arm.
Lastly, the mop pads tended to pop off their mounts if they caught on the edge of an area rug or an electrical cord. However, these drawbacks are relatively minor compared to the overall convenience and performance the Qrevo Master offers.
Should you buy the Roborock Qrevo Master?
The Roborock Qrevo Master has an MSRP of $1599.99 but is currently being offered at a $200 discount directly through the Roborock website.
That is still a considerable chunk of change, but you get a versatile robotic vacuum that offers an impressive combination of powerful suction, smart navigation, and convenient maintenance features, plus the effective cleaning we’ve come to expect from Roborock. That makes it a worthy investment for anyone looking to streamline their home cleaning routine.
