Monika Raszowska is the director of sales, games at online rewards platform KashKick.
Raszowska is one of 150+ speakers set to speak at Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki this week (October 1st and 2nd). She will be hosting a panel entitled ‘Buying on Rewarded Platforms: The Benefits and Challenges’.

PocketGamer.biz: Please give us a summary of what you’re speaking about and why it’s important.
Monika Raszowska: I’m moderating a panel about rewarded platforms. Rewarded has become quite popular in recent years and it’s becoming more and more popular for UA in the mobile games industry.
There are some misconceptions, people are curious so we wanted to talk with UA managers and have an open conversation about the benefits and challenges of advertising on rewarded channels.
Where are the next big opportunities in the mobile games market?
The growth and optimisation of advertising on rewarded channels.
What’s the most important key performance indicator (KPI) for you – and why?
My partners’ happiness and success. If they are happy and growing with us, I’m happy.
What is your biggest aspiration/goal in mobile gaming?
I joined the industry when I was pretty young so I want to show and inspire other young people it is possible to get into tech and work in the mobile industry despite young age.
What’s your favourite ever mobile game?

When not making/selling/playing games, what do you do to relax?
I create content for fun, travel a lot, visit friends and family and chill in my garden (when the weather allows. The reality of living in Edinburgh :D)
