Mobile game fintech company Aghanim and financial tech platform Adyen have formed a strategic partnership to offer high-value payment processing capabilities around the world.
Founded by Xsolla veterans, Aghanim’s platform soft-launched earlier this year with a mission to transform mobile game monetisation and distribution.
Its Game Hub Builder and LiveOps Builder offer publishers direct-to-consumer contact with players enabling targeted offers, competitive and metagame features, and more.
The power of a partnership
Through its agreement with Adyen, Aghanim’s direct-to-consumer platform will leverage its new partner’s expertise to “seamlessly and securely” offer users high-value, cost-effective payment systems.
“Aghanim’s promise to mobile game studios is to enable only high-value, cost-effective payment systems to protect against cannibalisation of distribution costs,” said Aghanim co-founder and co-CEO Constantin Andry.
“Adyen enables us to succeed in this, facilitating gamers and game publishers to transact quickly, easily, and with peace of mind across a diverse range of payment methods and preferences.”

Sparking interest
Aghanim’s platform is already increasing developer and publisher net revenues by as much as 200% and has sparked investments from Bessemer Venture Partners, Point72 Ventures, QED Investors and a16z Games Speedrun.
