AI-powered feedback management platform Live Aware Labs has raised $4.8 million in a seed funding round led by Transcend.
The platform helps game developers capture, analyse, and act on player experiences in real-time to enhance game quality during development and post-launch.
By streamlining the feedback process from early builds to post-launch operations, it allows development teams to create games that engage their audiences.
Led by Transcend, the seed funding round also saw investment from a16z Games Speedrun, Lifelike Capital, and a group of angel investors and advisors.
Revolutionising game development
“Live Aware is committed to empowering teams to become deeply attuned to their audience’s expectation well before launch,” said CEO and co-founder Sean Vesce.
“With backing from some of the industry’s most forward-thinking funds, Live Aware is poised to capture significant market share by helping devs build games more efficiently, reducing costly launch misfires, and increasing overall product quality and player retention.”
Transcend general partner Andrew Sheppard added: “Live Aware’s real-time feedback platform is transforming how developers improve game quality and speed up production.”
“With early traction from leading studios already in hand, we believe Live Aware will play a key role in helping studios build more engaging, successful titles.”
