Dragon’s Dogma 2 is finally here, and it’s living up to the lofty expectations set by its predecessor. If you’re a fan of open-world RPGs, Dragon’s Dogma 2 offers a wonderful sense of adventure and a deep combat system that improves on the original. Before you pick up a copy, it is worth noting that the PC version has technical issues that Capcom is working on fixing, including steep drops in frame rate. With that in mind, we put together a roundup of where to buy physical and digital versions of Dragon’s Dogma 2, including details on shipping times, pickup in store options, and more. It’s also possible to get the game for less than retail price, if you know where to shop.

The cheapest way to get your hands on Dragon’s Dogma 2 is with the standard edition. Digital copies can be found on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, and Steam. However, the best option for PC is GameSpot sister site Fanatical, as the game is discounted to just $57.39–which is a pretty awesome deal on a game that just launched. You’ll also get a 5% off voucher for your next purchase. For physical copies, you’ll find Dragon’s Dogma 2 at all the usual places like Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop. Just be aware that the physical edition is starting to sell out.
Note that shipping times will vary slightly based on location, unless you pay for expedited shipping. Pickup in store availability will depend on local stock, but all retailers except for Amazon are offering it for Dragon’s Dogma 2.
Deluxe Edition
Once again, Fanatical is the best place to shop for the PC version. The Dragon’s Dogma deluxe edition typically retails for $80, but you can snag a PC copy for just $65.59 at the online retailer. The deluxe edition includes the base game along with heaps of in-game DLC, including:
- A Boon for Adventurers: New Journey Pack
- Explorer’s Camping Kit: Camping Gear
- Dragon’s Dogma Music & Sound Collection: Custom Sounds
- Harpysnare Smoke Beacons: Harpy Lure Item
- Heartfelt Pendant: A Thoughtful Gift
- Ambivalent Rift Incense: Change Pawn Inclinations
- Makeshift Gaol Key: Escape from gaol!
- Art of Metamorphosis: Character Editor
- Wakestone: Restore the dead to life! (A)
- 1500 Rift Crystals – Points to Spend Beyond the Rift
Beyond Fanatical, you’ll find digital copies on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store. A digital Xbox version is also available at Best Buy.
