One of the more interesting robot vacuum models we saw at CES is ready to ship, with Ecovacs bunding a more powerful version of its top-of-the-line robot vacuum with a handheld vac that sits on the bot’s charging station.
The Deebot X2 Combo Series will ship April 2, while another of Ecovacs’s new robots, the window-cleaning Winbot W2 Omni, will go on sale April 16.
Ecovacs is also revealing the price tag for the X2 Combo Series, which starts at a breathtaking $1,599.99. Meanwhile, the Winbot W2 Omni will cost $599.99.
This news story is part of TechHive’s in-depth coverage of the best robot vacuums.
Both the Deebot X2 Combo Series and the Winbot W2 Omni were previously unveiled at CES in Las Vegas back in January, but this is the first time we’re hearing pricing and availability details for the bots.
The Deebot X2 Combo Series is comprised of two variants: one that includes a power-boosted Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni plus a hand vac, and a second that adds a stick vacuum accessory. The latter configuration (known as the Deebot X2 Combo Complete) tacks an extra $100 onto the price tag, for a total of $1,699.99.
The Deebot X2 Omni that comes in the Deebot X2 Combo set is a more powerful version of the original, square-shaped vacuum. Now capable of up to 8,700 Pa of suction, the upgraded X2 Omni included in the combo package is otherwise the same as the standalone X2 Omni.

The revamped X2 Omni features a 200mm side brush, Ecovac’s Ozmo Turbo 2.0 mopping technology (which cleans using rotating mop heads rather than just dragging a damp cloth over your floors), and dual-laser LiDAR navigation.
The included hand vacuum, meanwhile, comes with a four-stage HEPA filter system and a quartet of brush heads. The handheld accessory charges on the X2 Combo’s base station, which can automatically empty both the X2 Omni robot vacuum and the hand vac, as well as wash the X2 Omni’s mop heads.

Besides its cleaning capabilities, the Deebot X2 Combo works with Matter, and it also boasts Ecovac’s on-device Yiko voice assistant.
Also shipping next month is the Winbot W2 Omni, which is designed to clean glass windows and surfaces including floor-to-ceiling windows, large mirrors, shower glass, and tilted windows.
Capable of up to 2,800 Pa of suction (or up to 5,500 Pa when holding a single position), the Winbot W2 Omni comes equipped with a three-nozzle cleaning system and Ecovac’s WINSLAM 3.0 navigation technology.

The Winbot W2 Omni is powered by a suitcase-style base station that remains tethered to the bot during cleaning jobs. Besides containing the Winbot W2 Omni’s battery, the base station comes with an integrated six-function control panel, as well as a storage compartment for the robot.
We’ll have full reviews of both the Deebot X2 Combo Series and the Winbot W2 Omni once we test out some sample units, so stay tuned.
