A new Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty update has gone live today on PC and PlayStation consoles, introducing fixes for various issues, including a major one that greatly impacted mouse and keyboard controls on PC.
The 1.03 update, which will go live on Xbox consoles and for the Microsoft Store version of the game soon, introduces a new option that allows guest players to skip cutscenes and leave the session after boss battles, as well as a selection of bug fixes that hindered progression and trophy/achievement unlocking.
As mentioned above, the new Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty update also addresses some PC-specific issues, such as camera controls when using a mouse, white flickers that occured in certain environments, unavailable resolution options in certain environments, and more. Full update notes can be found on the game’s official website.
Unfortunately, the new Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty update doesn’t seem to be doing much regarding the performance issues that many users are experiencing. PC players do have the option of using mods to improve it by turning off special effects and other visual elements, but this is far from being an optimal solution.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One worldwide. The game is also available on Xbox Game Pass for both Xbox consoles and PC. You can learn more about the latest game by Team NINJA by checking out my review.
