They have a limited amount of time for you to use them before they expire and will no longer give you rewards if you try to redeem them in Zenless Zone Zero.

How to Redeem Codes in Zenless Zone Zero
Due to the layout of the menus in the game, it may seem a little bit daunting trying to figure out how you are meant to redeem codes in Zenless Zone Zero. Don’t panic; these steps will walk you through how to get your hands on those free resources.
First and most importantly, you need to reach Inter-Knot level 5. This is quickly done and can be done within the first couple of hours of the game or less.
- Open the in-game menu in the left-hand corner by pressing ESC on PC, options on PlayStation 5, or tapping the button on mobile.
- Select ‘More.’
- Select ‘Redemption Code.’
- Copy and paste the code into the available text box.
- Select ‘Redeem’.
Compared to other HoYoverse games, you won’t need to unlock the mailbox function, as it will already be available as soon as you start playing Zenless Zone Zero. This is where your rewards will go once you have redeemed them.
You can also redeem the codes via the Zenless Zone Zero website. To do this, you must log in to your HoYoverse account.
- Sign in to the Zenless Zone Zero redemption website.
- Select your server and character nickname.
- Enter the redemption code into the text box.
- Press ‘Redeem.’
