Those with an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription can now purchase the Deluxe Edition of Immortals of Aveum for only $7.99.
Some days ago we already reported on some massive discounts for Dead Space Remake and Wild Hearts for those with Game Pass Ultimate, and now Ascendant Studios’ first-person magic shooter can be purchased for an absolute bargain as well. This only appears to apply to the game’s Deluxe Edition (which is a nice bonus to have), and we’re not sure if this deal is available in all regions. In any case, a massive discount is available for those in the US and The Netherlands (and likely other countries as well). To check if this deal is available for you, log in with your Microsoft account to search for the game’s Deluxe Edition.
Ascendant Studios’ first title might not be everyone’s cup of tea but for $7.99, you likely won’t go wrong with this one. Last month we reported that the game will likely be coming to both PS Plus and Game Pass at some point. In addition, the developer revealed that a major price cut would be inbound as well to boost sales.
“I’m happy that people that have engaged with the game really like it and enjoy it, and we’re really hoping that with our new push coming out later this week, that a lot of people who didn’t have the time for it because there were so many other things to play, they find it”, Ascendant Studios CEO said in an interview last month.
“We’re also going to have a big reduction, a half-off sale, and things like that so that hopefully will help people too.
Immortals of Aveum is available globally now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Here’s what we wrote about the game in our review: “Immortals of Aveum makes a solid early impression with engaging magic-infused FPS action and eye-catching Unreal Engine 5 visuals, but a predictable plot, irritating characters, and repetitive, by-the-books level design dims the game’s razzle-dazzle. Immortals of Aveum will be worth it for some shooter and fantasy fans, particularly at a discount, but don’t expect your memories of the game to live forever”.
