Google reveals 113 reasons to switch to the Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro
Number four is the camera. “If you know, you know,” says Google as the company’s famous computational photography allows for new features including Magic Eraser (which removes unwanted distractions from photographs) and Face Unblur. Number five is that it has the letter “X” in the name and everyone knows the letter “X” is cool. Other features like Live Caption, and Car Crash detector (which calls for help after an accident when you can’t) are mentioned.
“The company that makes (the phone),” says the ad, “is known for organizing the internet and mapping the world.” And taking a shot at Samsung (and LG, again), the video shows a washing machine and points out that while Google is known for its work with the internet, other manufacturers are known for other things. And of course, the new Pixel handsets support 5G (although the Pixel 6 Pro and the Verizon version of the Pixel 6 are the only models that support both sub-6GHz and mmWave 5G).

Since all it takes is one Android user in a group chat for all participants to lose their iMessage features, most Android users have to deal with verbal abuse from iOS users when part of a group chat. But Google sees it another way. “The Pixel will help you stand out in a group chat,” notes the video.
If you don’t mind corny jokes (such as “Why won’t the shrimp share its treasure? Because it’s shellfish”), you can ask Google Assistant to tell you one. Yes, we are fully and painfully aware that Siri does this too. And if you spray a new Pixel with your favorite cologne or perfume, your new Pixel will smell like your favorite cologne or perfume. Isn’t it amazing how that works out?
