To say that the Guilty Gear Strive community has found itself in a rough patch as of late is a bit of an understatement, as the online infrastructure of the Arc System Works game has found itself in a very terrible condition ever since our last coverage of the state of affairs. Unfortunately, the online infrastructure hasn’t been improved despite the multiple calls for attention from individual members of the community.
Because of this, the Guilty Gear Strive community is now being called to participate together and help in a new campaign to bring the issues that the game’s been experiencing to Arc System Works’ attention and to hopefully begin to build the path to the solution of the many problems the game’s been facing as of late. Especially to prevent the current audience for the game from abandoning the game for other games such as the upcoming Street Fighter 6 or Tekken 8.
This movement was started last week by NewHead_FGC on Twitter who made a call to the Guilty Gear Strive community to fill out a Google Form that instructs members on how to submit a report to Arc System Works.
Seeing the current landscape of Strive, we have to do something as a community.
Attached is a google doc. with a guide on how to send a support ticket to Arc System Works.
PLEASE CONSIDER FILLING THIS OUT.

The form includes a summarized list of problems that have been affecting Guilty Gear Strive’s online modes as of late. Some of the problems include server hacking, bad server performance, massive stability issues, and other issues that have caused a disruption to the game’s competitive scene, some of which we have reported before and can cause problems beyond your usual issues caused by lag and extend into performance-hindering problems on both PC and console.
While Arc System Works has stated before that the issue is currently looked at with urgency, it’s been quite a while since the statement was made, and the community has started to suffer a loss of players due to the deplorable conditions of the game’s online modes. Unfortunately, this also has hampered the Guilty Gear Strive player base as it’s been reported that the game has become downright unplayable in some cases.
Since this story is currently developing, we urge our readers to stay tuned for more updates regarding this situation. Guilty Gear Strive is currently available on PlayStation 4/5 and PC.
