Check out the OnePlus 9 Pro in all official colors
The OnePlus 9 Pro’s advanced camera setup sits alongside a curved punch-hole display that reportedly measures in at 6.7-inches and supports an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. It boasts slim bezels and a slim chin, although uniformity isn’t quite achieved.
Completing the package is said to be a 4,500mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging and 45W fast wireless charging. On the software side of things, Android 11 and OxygenOS 11 are almost guaranteed.
Take a look at the affordable OnePlus 9 5G flagship
There’s no word on the OnePlus 9 Pro’s price yet, but the smartphone will no doubt be expensive. If you can’t quite afford it, the OnePlus 9 5G might be the model for you because it should cost quite a bit less.
The differentiating factors, as seen in the press renders below, are the 6.5-inch display, which is flat rather than curved, and the camera setup, which now includes three sensors rather than four. Despite the lower price, though, the OnePlus 9 does retain some key OnePlus 9 Pro features.
For example, the Snapdragon 888 is still included, per leaked information. The same can be said about the 4,500mAh battery, the 65W fast charging tech, and the pre-installed software. Even some of the cameras are believed to have been carried over from the Pro.
OnePlus 9 series announcement, release date, price, and colors
As for the all-important colors, the OnePlus 9 is going to be available in black, blue, and a purple gradient finish. The OnePlus 9 Pro, on the other hand, is set to be sold in green, silver, and a matte black colorway that should prove popular with the tech community.
Unfortunately, the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro prices haven’t leaked, but we can make some educated guesses based on previous releases. Specifically, there’s a good chance the vanilla OnePlus 9 could start somewhere between $699-799 in the United States, whereas the premium OnePlus 9 Pro might land between $899-999.
