Netflix has added two new titles, Bowling Ballers and Asphalt Xtreme, to its catalog of mobile games.
The company added games to its platform in August with the introduction of two Stranger Things tie-ins. Three more games were released on Android in September, and on Nov. 10, it finally made those titles available on iOS.
Now it’s adding two more titles. One is from a studio called Frosty Pop that, in addition to releasing several games on the App Store and Apple Arcade, made the Shooting Hoops game Netflix released in Europe in September.
Bowling Ballers is a subversive take on the popular “endless runner” genre that charges players with smashing into as many pins as possible instead of avoid obstacles as they attempt to set a new personal distance record.
The other title is called Asphalt Xtreme. TechCrunch reports that Netflix licensed the game from its original creator, Gameloft Studios, which pulled the game from the App Store on Oct. 1 after years of leaving it without updates.
TechCrunch reports that Asphalt Xtreme is “now slowly rolling out to users worldwide” and “will become available to U.S. users in the weeks ahead.” Bowling Ballers, meanwhile, is out now on the App Store and Google Play Store.
