A report from Nikkei Asia is adding weight to claims that Apple will launch a new Apple TV in 2021.
The report also claims that Apple has increased production of the iPhone 12 following an increase in demand, and that Apple has an agressive production schedule for 2021 MacBook Pro and iMac Pro models.
Nikkei’s sources claim that Apple is working on a new Apple TV to launch in 2021.
The report joins the voices of Jon Prosser, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman and Twitter leaker l0vetodream who have all claimed that a new Apple TV will launch next year. Read more about the 2021 Apple TV.
The Nikkei report also claims that Apple is increasing production of the iPhone 12 series handsets following a surge in demand. Apparently the company expects to sell 96 million iPhone handsets for the half of 2021 (including the iPhone 11 and SE) and expects to sell up to 230 million iPhones in 2021, according to an Apple supplier.
Other Nikkei sources claim Apple has an “aggressive production schedule” for its 2021 MacBook Pro and new iMac Pro.
