OnePlus 9: best deals and where to pre-order
There are two different specs of the OnePlus 9 available, to accommodate your specific needs and budget. (Note that the 256GB version isn’t in stock yet, but coming soon.)
- OnePlus 9 with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage: $729 ($999 in Canada)
- OnePlus 9 with 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage: $829 ($1,149 in Canada)
If you go with the beefier option, the color variant available is the glossy Astral Black, pictured on the top left. For the lighter option with 128GB, you will be able to choose between the glossy Astral Black theme and glossy Winter Mist—an elegant violet pastel finish. They are the only colors available in the U.S.

The OnePlus website is already accepting pre-orders for the 128GB version of the OnePlus 9 in both colors. The pre-order deals have ended, and the OnePlus 9 has already been released in stores as of April 2. The price is $729, with an additional option of $31/mo for 2 years at 0% interest.
Best Buy
The Best Buy website only has the 128GB version in Astral Black and Winter Mist in stock right now. It costs $729, or $30.38/mo for 24 months. Best Buy is also offering a $50 in-store gift card if you purchase the OnePlus 9 through them.
B&H
Currently only the 128GB Winter Mist version is available for pre-order (in limited quantities). Although the B&H site still asks you to “pre-order,” shipping is set to begin today (April 2). You can choose to receive re-stock alerts on the website.
T-Mobile
T-Mobile is the only U.S. carrier collaborating with OnePlus to offer a special deal on the OnePlus 9 this year. It’s already stocked up the 128GB version in both Astral Black and Winter Mist. Orders will be shipped by April 5 at the latest. The price is either $729.99 upfront or $30.42/mo through a financing option. T-Mobile offers 50% ($365) off on the 5G smartphone to anyone trading in an eligible device or adding a new line.
(Purchasing the OnePlus 9 Pro through them will likewise get you $365 off.)
Amazon
Like the others, Amazon is only offering the 128GB OnePlus 9, in both Astral Black and Winter Mist.
