The launch of PlayStation VR2 isn’t far away (check out Wccftech’s hands-on preview here) and Resident Evil Village VR will arguably be the premier launch experience for the headset (along with Horizon Call of the Mountain). Well, Sony and Capcom have dropped a new gameplay trailer showcasing what you can expect from the free Resident Evil Village VR update, and it all looks rather impressive.
This pretty much seems to be the full RE Village experience in terms of depth and fidelity, and some moments almost look too intense (looking at that enemy from House Beneviento). We also get a peek at a number of new VR-exclusive mechanics, including inventory management, dual wielded weapons, a shooting range, and the ability to punch lycans in the nose. Check it all out for yourself, below.
