A new Star Wars Outlaws patch has gone live today, introducing some welcome gameplay upgrades, bug fixes, and more.
Title Update 1.16, which weighs 6.17 GB on PlayStation 5, 8.55 GB on Xbox Series X|S, 10.21 GB for the Ubisoft Connect version and 8.5GB for the Steam version, introduces some welcome gameplay upgrades, such as the ability to free-fire Kay’s blaster while riding the speeder, the ability to switch between two-handed weapons and the blaster, and improved Trailblazer customization. The update also brings new space contracts featuring multiple challenge types and rewards.
The new Star Wars Outlaws patch also brings plenty of general gameplay improvements, fixing issues related to game progression, NPCs, gear sets, grappling hook and more, as well as performance and graphics improvements, such as fixing crashing issues when playing with AMD FSR 3 Frame Generation and Freesync Premium Pro HDR, RTXDI and Ray Reconstruction improvements. The launch of the new Star Wars Outlaws patch is accompanied by the release of A Pirate’s Fortune DLC and a new cosmetic pack inspired by Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. This pack includes new accessories such as a trophy for the speeder and a trinket that can be equipped on both the speeder and Trailblazer, a new outfit for Nix, and more.
Star Wars Outlaws is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. The game is also launching on Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4th.
