Supercell’s portal-hopping mobile adventure Mo.co has generated approximately $570,000 in gross player spending across the App Store and Google Play during its first week.
According to Sensor Tower estimates provided to PocketGamer.biz, the title racked up 2.5 million downloads since its global launch on March 18th, 2025.
During the past seven days, the title accumulated $470k from the App Store, while Google Play accounted for $100k of revenue. Meanwhile, iOS attracted 850k downloads and Google Play generated 1.6m installs.
As for where players have spent the most, the US took the top spot, followed by Germany and France. When it comes to downloads, Germany was the top ranked country, with Brazil and France ranking second and third.
Play-by-play
Mo.co released worldwide last week without a soft launch, instead opting for invite-only installs.
For the first 48 hours, select content creators were able to distribute limited-time QR codes through which players could download the latest Supercell release.
Since then, players have been able to apply on Mo.co’s website for a chance to install the game, or alternatively request an invitation from someone already playing at Level 5 or higher.
Modest Mo.co
Mo.co marks Supercell’s seventh global game launch and has followed less than one year on from PVP-oriented Squad Busters. The 2024 title ended a much longer gap between global launches – more than five years on from Brawl Stars – and released with much stronger results.
Without any invite-only limitations, Squad Busters accumulated approximately 30 million downloads during its first week, according to Sensor Tower estimates. Meanwhile, it generated $11.8m accross the App Store and Google Play.
The title’s revenue has since waned. While Supercell has said Squad busters generated more than $100 million duringg its first seven months, CEO Ilkka Paananen told PocketGamer.biz that despite the “promising start” for the game and team, the title was “nowhere near their ambition level”.
