Nearly five months after the game’s announcement, Bandai Namco has now confirmed the final launch date for SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream. The large-scale multiplayer action game will debut on October 4 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and Nintendo Switch.
Digital pre-orders are already open, offering customers the choice between three editions: Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. All pre-orders (except for the Standard Edition on Switch, for some reason) will get the Demon King costume set freebie, which can be equipped on the SKIN tab of the CUSTOMIZE screen after completing the first story mission.
The Digital Deluxe Edition of SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream is priced at $84.99 and includes three days of early access, Character Pass Vol.1 (DLC 1 Worlds Beyond 1 and DLC 2 Worlds Beyond 2), a Bonus Stamp Set, and a Prism Heart Costume Set. Finally, the Premium Edition is priced at $99.99 and adds a Wild Joker Dress and a digital artbook + soundtrack combo to the aforementioned items.
