Like most animated series of the ’90s, The Adventures of Batman and Robin had its own tie-in comic that was set in the same universe. This was a surprisingly great comic book series, one that featured talent from the main TV show and some fantastic art to tell new stories. In case you missed the first run of it, you can now pick up The Batman & Robin Adventures Omnibus over at Amazon, a massive collection of stories from multiple DCAU series that were published over several years. This deluxe edition omnibus released on July 23, and you can already save big at Amazon. Fans can snag a copy of The Batman & Robin Adventures Omnibus for $57 (was $75).
Inside, you’ll find a full collection of the following comic book series:
- The Batman & Robin Adventures #1-25
- The Batman & Robin Adventures Annual #1-2
- The Batman Adventures: The Lost Years #1-5
- The Batman & Robin Adventures: Sub-Zero #1
The omnibus also includes several other Batman comics, but this 840-page hardcover omnibus is largely filled with stories from Batman: The Animated Series writers Paul Dini, Ty Templeton, Hilary J. Bader, and Rick Burchett.
If that’s not enough Batman for you, you can also check out a few more hardcover graphic novels up for sale, like The Batman Adventures Omnibus for $71 (list price is $150). This one collects dozens of issues and annuals from The Batman Adventures—including the incredible Harley Quinn origin special Mad Love–and bundles them all into one massive 1,185-page collection.
You should also check out Amazon’s deal on the recently released Batman Beyond: The Animated Series 25th Anniversary Compendium. Set in a future where Batman has been missing for decades, Batman Beyond featured a new hero in a high-tech batsuit working to save the day. This $34 collection (normally $60) includes all six issues from the first volume alongside the 24-issue run of the second volume and is the first time that all these comic books have been collected in their entirety.
If you’d rather watch the animated shows, you’ll find some Blu-ray deals on classic Batman cartoons below. You can also preorder the Batman 10-Film 85th Anniversary Collection on 4K Blu-ray at Amazon ahead of its September 10 release.
