Video games commerce company Xsolla has collaborated with ads tech company GameAddik to open a new office in Montreal, Canada.
The strategic expansion will allow Xsolla to better serve the games industry, expand its operations with new talent and foster close relationships with developers in Quebec and across Canada.
Xsolla plans to hire up to 50 new regional employees over the next two years. These new roles will focus on business development, customer support, and technical services.
Facilitating its mission
“Montreal is renowned for its dynamic gaming ecosystem and innovative tech community. Our presence here will enable us to better support our local and global partners and tap into the incredible local talent pool,” said Xsolla’s president, David Stelzer.
“This new office in Montreal will be crucial in strengthening our relationships with local game developers and facilitating our mission to empower our partners to reach their full potential.”
GameAddik CEO Eric Jodoin added: “Our partnership with Xsolla is a game-changer for GameAddik. Teaming up with such a prominent company allows us to better support the industry in striving for success.”
The new Montreal office comes after the company also opened a new office in Beijing in July 2024 and shortly after, appointed former Samsung exec Cathleen Nilson as its new CTO.
