On 15 September, Apple unveiled the fourth-generation iPad Air, and told us all about its updated design, tech specs and new features. What the company did not say was when exactly the new tablet would go on sale.
But it looks like it will happen soon. Bloomberg’s well-informed writer Mark Gurman reports that marketing materials for the new iPad Air have already appeared at retailers, which means the device is likely to go on sale within a couple of weeks.
Prices for the 2020 iPad Air start £579/$599 for the Wi-Fi model with 64GB of storage, and £709/$729 for the corresponding model with a 4G connection. If you want 256GB of storage, it costs an additional £150/$150.
If you can’t wait any longer, note that the iPad 10.2in (2020) is already on sale.
